Good selection, attractive prices. Really cheap build quality. I bought a leather recliner from this place along with a bed and a table. Every single item had an issue. I also bought the 5 year warranty which luckily let me fix the bed and table. The leather of the recliner started peeling off and the mechanism broke. The insurance company denied coverage because the recliner was made out of leather. So I'm left with a broken recliner which has a manufacturing defect which neither the maker or the insurer wants to take responsibility for. Please read the insurance terms properly before you buy it. It's a scam and they sell you insurance that won't even be applicable to the products you buy. Never going back here again! Edit: The response to my review is a hoax!! Absolutely no contact from anybody, even though I responded a day after I was asked for my contact info. Just a PR stunt from the looks of it

I’ve only ever been here twice and don’t remember my first experience, however, this experience was wonderful. It was pretty busy, but Gina took time out to help me and get me everything needed. When she needed assistance with getting us our furniture, Martin helped with no questions asked. They were a great team and got us everything we needed.

I wanted to give 5, but one person ruined what could be the best experience. I have always liked this store. Bought two power reclining sets last night. One of the managers Alex is really helpful. Another manager at the counter did not seem inclined at all. It was all good until I went to finish purchase. The lady with Spanish accent at register was extremely rude for no reason, started raising voice. Not sure why you guys hire people that are going to be rude to customers. I almost asked for her name and badge to report to corporate, Nevertheless good price, decent service and some rude people. Tips - Work with Alex, try to get your questions answered all upfront and try avoiding that lady with Spanish accent at the register.

I purchased a bed from this company a few years ago and bought a 10 year warranty as well. The bed broke. I was told by their warranty company that I was due a replacement. That was in July. I have been given the run around 6, going on 7, months. I have spoken to several reps, managers, etc and I am continuously lied to. I have been told on 3 different occasions that a new bed was being delivered. The first time I was to receive the new bed, they did not deliver all of the parts, so now I have parts of a bed that I cannot put together. I spoke to another manager and was told they will pick up the parts and deliver a new bed. That never happened. Then I was assured again that a new bed would be delivered. Called to verify the delivery date a few days prior and was told no delivery was set up, that I was supposed to pick the bed up. Then I was given an apology and a new delivery date, yet again. I called today to verify the delivery time, and was told, yet again, that no delivery has been scheduled. I am livid. My daughter is sleeping on the floor, and I will never purchase anything from them again. This has been very frustrating, and my child is still on the floor. I have parts of a bed that cannot be put together.

Deliverymen after a long day were very pleasant and helpful. The buying experience with Stephanie was very easy and pleasant. They all went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience.
