Frank was a very polite and helpful rep. He took me right to where i need to be and sold me the best beds for my daughters. He was to the point with description and other details that i asked him. I love Ashley furniture! Great place to get furniture especially if u want to lease as well. Thank You Frank !☺☺

I lost my home almost a year ago and was given gift cards to Ashley furniture. All of the employees are wonderful but crystal is the greatest!! She is amazing!! She helped me find the greatest bed set ever and when I go in to make payments she always comes over to ask how my house is coming!! She always greats with a hug and a smile and I’ll be coming back to fully furnish my house soon. Because of the great employees there and mostly crystal I won’t go anywhere else!!

Damaged my order on delivery. Sent back for repair. On return damaged and gouged my walls putting it back in my home. Refused to repair damage or acknowledge they did it. Manager very rude uncooperative. Will never do business with them again. Expensive furniture, poorly built. Big mistake buying from them. Learned an expensive lesson.

I always find what I want at the Bear Ashley HomeStore. The folks greet you when you enter and are very hospitable/helpful. Ashley HomeStore is my furniture store of choice.

Crystal was wonderful! She was so accommodating and very professional. Even though the store didn't have the model of the reclining sofa and loveseat we wanted to look at and purchase, she took us over to what they had available in that same price range. We chose the Hector floor model because it gave us more furniture for what we were planning on paying. It was a great deal! It was like getting the rocker/recliner free! She was very thorough in everything that pertained to purchasing a floor model and also the 5-year warranty on repairs and cleaning. We couldn't have asked for an easier process. We can't wait to get our new furniture! Crystal....we will be back at sometime and when we do, we will be looking forward to you assisting us again. Crystal...you ARE THE BEST!!!! Thank you for being so helpful!
