My Experience with this place was Amazing! I was helped tremendously by Tasha Barlow as soon as I walked through the door she acknowledged me and helped me find exactly what I needed. I'm a customer service representative and I know selling is a big deal, but Tasha was not pushy with trying to sell me at all. Showing that customer's needs are more important than your sales is far more important! Keep up with this awesome service! I definitely recommend!!!

First time there. Definitely a nice place. Prices were good. I liked that you don’t get attacked by salespeople that follow you around. Nice people here. They didn’t happen to have what we were looking for, but I would not hesitate to use this store.

Just put down my down payment on the love seat and sofa ,also because the down payment is so fair i went ahead grabbed my dining room table and a t.v stand. Only cost me 130.000 ill be back next week to pick out more stuff. Im very pleased with the service. I wasnt pressured and was asked several times if i needed assistance. Even had a laugh with a associate that said the Eagles game got pushed to 1:00 O'CLOCK 😂😂😂 i almost had a heart attack i did not want to miss the playoffs all around great job. 👍

This is my third purchase and everytime was great but this time was special thanks to Tasha Barlow we got the perfect furniture for our newly designed living room she helped us pick out and our bed frames and mattresses for the children. She was friendly helpful and we had really good vibes. Thank you urban furniture and thank you Tasha Barlow
