Room was clean, staff very nice and helpful (ask any the discount to Texas Steakhouse), breakfast was surprisingly delicious.

The hotel was full because of travelers coming to the area to experience the eclipse. America's Best Value Inn provided a great, clean atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast included something for everyone. If a food/beverage ran out, staff readily replaced it. The pool was out of service for repairs.

I had a very nice stay in this hotel. Room was clean and confortable beds. Microwave and coffee maker in the room. Had an issue with the tv, but they came to our room and fixed it quickly. Very nice staff. Many restaurant options within walking distance. It looked safe at night.

Nice clean rooms. No thugs loitering the parking lot. Safe location with plenty of restaurants surrounding.

I checked in 5-6-17 with my basketball team and family. My son decided he didn't want to sleep with my daughter nor myself so we decided to pull out the sofa bed so that he'll be well rested for tomorrow's game. Unfortunately the photo that you see was the surprising outcome. Yes, you see it. It was disgusting. I was so disappointed. The sofa bed look like it hadn't been changed in weeks. Went to let the front desk know and the young lady was very nice about the situation. She was actually more helpful then the manager {Bhavik Patel} that I spoke with the following morning. The only reason they got this one star is because my son love the breakfast. I l would never stay at this hotel ever again in my life. Americas Best....Right! Americas Worst!
