I had a great experience during my last visit! Customer service is often overlooked, but apparently the management team at AmericInn Hotel & Suites makes sure that their staff understands how to treat their guest well. Details that include small things like swift service for clean towels, shampoo etc or being polite in passing. Good job!

The staff working the front desk was great! It was nice to have "free" breakfast. However the dining experience has a breakfast rush at the circus of oddities vibe. There is a Denny's next door. I would recommend eating there.

First time traveling to Minnesota to go to the Mall of America. I spent many evenings scrolling through many hotels in the Bloomington Minnesota area. I kept coming across this hotel multiple times lots of great reviews and very economical and only a mile or two away from the Mall of America. Extremely impressed with everything the hotel was very clean the staff was incredibly nice and helpful the free breakfast that we received with our rooms was actually really amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel excellent for families kids indoor pool great food and close proximity to all of the attractions in Bloomington.

Horrible 1 star hotel which strangely has good reviews. The first room I checked in was uncleaned with beer bottle caps on the floor and the tub was covered in mold. I went downstairs to tell the front desk and the gentleman was very nice. He gave me and my family a new set of keys for a different room. He checked the room and that tub was also covered in mold, worse than the first room. We finally checked into the new room which was a little better being that the tub had chipped paint everywhere instead of mold. Also, as we were going to the first room, there was a huge spot of throw up across the hall from me. The hotel is very outdated! I would advise against staying here as I will not be back. Also, the breakfast is very minimal.

We always stay at AmericInn wherever we travel. Clean rooms that don't smell like smoke, attentive staff, well - tended pools and saunas. This visit was no different. We had a great room, usually we have a king bed room and this time we had two queens instead since we traveled with family and I noticed that it had a smaller bathroom. Normal amenities, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and lots of towels. The beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked really well on the 95 degree day that we stayed. The walls were fairly thin to the hall so we heard some noise but nothing to the rooms next to us which is nice because I could hear their TV from the hall. The pool was nice, open till midnight. My high point was that we didn't go for breakfast until 9:30 when the breakfast bar closed at 10. I expected it to be slim pickings because of the time but it was well stocked up to the end.
