The hotel is clean, the breakfast is what you'd expect based on the room prices and the fact that it's a holiday in express, however, they don't really care to pay attention to detail. We had to ask the front desk four times for a travel crib. While I know it's a luxury to have one provided, it's nice to be told, yes, no, or it'll take 4 hours after you actually arrive... Finally it did arrive and it was perfect for our little one, so not a reason for a terrible review. But this place just thinks of their guests as a number, not anything special. The rooms were clean and the pool area was nice. It's a good place to stop, but please lower your expectations first. ;)

Was roomed here for work. Check in was a breeze, even locked myself out of my room within 10 minutes of being there. Staff was quick and friendly on getting me back in and made sure I was satisfied. Breakfast was great, had a pancake machine that pops out two hot ones in under a minute. Was very quiet, and was able to be well rested for a full days of meetings the next day. This should be a model hotel for how well I slept. (Elevator was a little jumpy on launch)

Clean comfortable room. Would highly recommend! We had to leave too early for breakfast, but it was a nice, big area.

Many mahalo's to the staff and management at this Holiday inn Express. Clean room, safe neighborhood, attentive staffing. Close to all shopping and airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling through MSP. Aloha!!

No place I perfect but some places are just great. Some places just do good high quality business and this is one of them.
