My wife and i have made this our little staycation getaway spot for birthdays and anniversaries. The rooms and packages are very nice. The galleria next door is fun and has good food. But nothing is as important to us as the staff here at the Westin. Their team here is happy, helpful, friendly, and excited. They are always generous and excited about “why” we are staying. To the managing staff and team; you have done a great job empowering your team members and picking good people. Thank you. To the many fantastic team members; thank you for working so hard and being so friendly. We will continue to return often. Thanks

Employees were all very kind. Hotel is very clean and updated. The club level rooms are spacious and the lounge was very nice. We used the lounge to have a space to relax and have a beverage during our trip. The beds were anything but the "heavenly" bed they claim. They were very hard and we ended up with a make-shift feather bed using pillows so we didn't wake up in pain.

We had a company party in the nearby restaurant and the experience was great. The hotel was very well kept.

Very neat place with a nice selection of shops and a nice restaurant. Could use a better description of the outline and maps for First time visitors.
