Staff was friendly and courteous. The lobby and hallways were clean and quiet. The room was missing a refrigerator which the staff explained when I checked in. They offered to keep anything I needed refridgerated at the front desk. When I was showering I noticed the tub in the bathroom was cracked and the crack had been covered up with duct tape and a shower mat. The windows to the room were covered with a white deposit which made them hard to see through. For one reason or another, it just seemed like maintenance had fallen behind with the room I was in. These issues didn't really have an impact on my stay, but this isn't what I'd expect from a hotel in this price range either.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The free Wi-Fi speeds were fast as well. Breakfast and a pool were also available for free.

I found 2 bed bug casings of shed skin in my bed for room # 112.   I did not see any signs of living bed bugs but I was bitten on my leg, so they are there.  I noticed the itching after we left and flew home,  looked up bed bug bite pictures and they matched.   

The staff was friendly but room was not the cleanest, a bit smelly and carpet could have been vacuumed better.  

I hope the hotel is able to solve the bad bug issue.

Location was good. Close to restaurant s and grocery stores. Rooms were average, what youd expext. Service was adequate and friendly.
