In preparing for out-of-town guests for our daughter's wedding, I booked several rooms at the Muscatine Comfort Inn.  The manager was very helpful in scheduling and choosing rooms to best fit our guests needs.  A wheelchair/handicap accessible room worked perfectly for my elderly mother, with a door to a second room opening into it, for a family member to be close by to assist as needed.  A third room had a roll out couch bed in case one of our guests needed space for children.  When my mother had problems getting ready in time to make the weekday breakfast cut off time, the staff went out of their way to prepare something hot for her so she could enjoy a late morning meal before setting out for a busy day.  My family reported that the staff was helpful and courteous, and they were very pleased with their accommodations.  I made the reservations about six weeks ahead, confirmed everything late arrival on my credit card, and double checked on everything a week before the wedding. The prices were reasonable for a long weekend over Mother's Day!  Good job Comfort Inn of Muscatine, Iowa!  You went above and beyond!  Thank You!

Nice rooms. All recently renovated that my group was in. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Pretty much what you expect.

The room is both clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful when I needed to decide what to eat. The door to my room looks like someone tried to break it down, and the toilet didn't want to flush until I opened the back and fixed the chain.

Not very good breakfast.   Elevator smelled like smoke.  Otherwise fine.

Great service, the lady at the front desk was wonderful and helped make my stay as comfortable and as nice as she could. This is a wonderful hotel and I hope I can come back soon. Thanks comfort inn!!
