We have a big group that has gotten together here the last 3 years. This year will be the last! We had a block of rooms and each family was to call and get their own room reserved but front desk didn't have a clue. We finally got a king size bed room reserved, and the bed was no where near a king. No hot water, just brown. Our group was quiet but we were asked to have our stuff cleaned up and to our rooms by 10 because there were guests that had to get up early. Pool closed because no permit, however tub was open and gross colored. Walkways were not cleared of snow. The one positive thing I will say is that the breakfast was good! This place is definitely going to have to step it up to keep their doors open!

We chose this location last weekend for our company Christmas party, as we had used it in the past when it was Holiday Inn. There was no heat in the banquet area after we had been assured during a chilly walk through that it would be warm. The women's restroom had a horrible smell, one working light and no soap. The front desk offered no help and there was no management to be found. We definitely will not be returning.

Do not go here! You have been warned! They charged us on 2 different cards. The place is filthy. The hotel is basically for guys on the road, not child friendly as people was always smoking right outside the door. The front desk lady constantly had guys up there flirting with her. Then she proceeded to send a one of the male guest to fix our bathroom door!!! I was a flight attendant. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and my husband also is on the road constantly, it was our worst experience hands down EVER!!! 2 weeks later we are still trying to be refunded our money. Pay another hotel the extra 20 bucks a night, save yourself the nightmare!

We checked in and the lobby looked good. It's an old holiday Inn so expected some wear. We got to our room and checked it out. Pulled the blankets back and on the sheet was hair and debris smeared on sheets on both beds. The table had coffee cup rings on it where no one wiped it down. The wall had 3 places where it looked like someone chewing tobacco spit a wad on the wall to see if it would stick and it wasn't cleaned up. The dresser smelled horrible like something died in it. They switched us to another room which was cleaner but had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies for the bathroom. It had the greasy ring in the tub and the wall was nasty. The beds didn't have mattress covers/pad so just had a sheet over them. The hallways were newly painted grey/black with a cave feeling. We had to stay two nights due to other hotels being booked. The only reason they get a 2 is because whoever runs the breakfast place does a good job with the food. It's got a great view in the eating area. When I checked out they charged me for the 5 day stay even though we stayed 2. They didn't offer anything such as a discount nor did we ever get an apology. The manager maybe overwhelmed but this is going to take more than one manager to make sure this place even comes up to standard. The owners need to invest some money on repairs and ensure the staff is doing what they should be doing. I would never recommend this place especially with children. It's a shame because it has great bones.
