Location is Muscatine Iowa and stay was April 2017 ..Nasty is all I can say for this establishment!!! I have photos and videos to prove just how bad it was. Starting w exterior doors on all sides free coming and going for all as well as doors that are suppose to take cards to enter you can freely open and close. Signs saying pop and ice which is false had to go to gas station numerous times. Upon entering the room curtain was half hanging and dirty. Dust covers a entire strip around every inch of floor as in around edge of walls bed and stands. A huge Pringles container left behind chair and stand as if it couldn't been seen to throw away. Sheets are to small for bed and only put on one side of bed fully. Swift h on wall above bed didn't work and shocked me when tried it. And the bathroom oh my Lord dirt, dust, trash, hair etc swept behind door and left. Most of these issues are lack of housekeepers doing the jobs they are paid to do but as for vending machines and doors that's the establishments responsibility. Outside on sides looked ran down cars parked where ever however. Doors to rooms are not good had to pull shut hard and there is a huge gap at bottom. Bed very uncomfortable and broken down mattress. Bedsham had pink paint on it. Pillows flat. Refrigerator smelled so badly of bleach we couldn't even open it to use it. That was the cleanest part of room to be honest. Just not a good establishment I would for sure no recommend this place to anyone. However staff at desk was kind and helpful with towels when asked. I'm not one to complain when I didn't pay for the room but I'm sure for the money paid they won't be happy once they are the photos and videos. I will be making calls to BBB so that this establishment can be updates to the correct standards

We have stay here for years around valentine's day in one of the fantasuite rooms. This is also the hotel I recommend to all my friends and family to stay at when they come to town. This year there was four couples that stay here, one suite had no heat or hot water and was told they could not do anything for them. ( no discount either) We only had warm water in our suite. They charged me and the three other suites $25 because they said we all took our towels (witch we did not) they were all left in the suites next to the hot tubs. When I called to ask about it I was told that I was lucky it wasn't more. When I said that it was funny that we all got charged for it, she said that I needed to prove that I didn't take them!? We won't ever stay here again!!

I've stayed here many many times. And the rooms are older and out dated, bathrooms have broken things as in tile in the floor, missing panels in the ceiling. The breakfast has literally nothing at all. Good thing my work pays for the room or I wouldn't stay. The lobby looks great but the rest is shitty. Plus, their credit card thing is down and I got charged 4 times for the same room on a 1 night stay

I had no hot water and my heat did not work they told me they has no other suite to give me. They also charged me and four other rooms $25 because they said we all took towels. But we all left them in the hot tub. We all stay every valentines day but we won't anymore.

It is a great place for our daughter to stay for a month before taking a trip to Wisconsin.
