If you've read some poor reviews from other customers, they were probably rude to the cashiers. I been using Amscot for three years and never had a bad experience. This store particularly is a high volume location and not all cashiers have time to ask you how you are and have a lengthy conversation. Their not there to reassess your life and give you advice, find a physiatrist. Maintain your patience and make your transaction. Don't hold up the line, get your money and leave.

The customer service here is so poor. I'm currently standing at another location experiencing a totally different atmosphere. The one in Kissimmee disgusted me. The manager acted as if she didn't want to help her employee with a question on my account. The employee started to act exactly like the manager and left me standing there. It's not that hard to make an already hard situation a little better but neither of them did that. Instead I felt not welcomed. I had to share this experience with the staff at the current Amscot that I'm at so they know what NOT to do. I appreciate people who no matter what the cirumatances keep it professional and make you feel like an actual customer.

They close but the open sign is on. For told by the cashier that I was rude.... Nope I knock on the door customer let me in. They said they were close but yet the open sign was still on. I walked in most horrible service ever... And you don't tell your cusromers they are rude... I was never rude.... I explained the open sign was on and that was Thier fault not mine
