8.2017. Denia interian she was sitting around over weight  doing nothing had an attitude. Was waiting for me to what i dont know i guess tell her how to do her job.  My tiny daighter was just standing waiting. Lol smh She said she needed my acount number eveb though  i gave drivers license than decided she would put forth effort to get it by typing on the cpu. There was a girl just walking around with her who was pregnant who was in the back complaing not greeting people just  making faces at people. She was in the back I guess sitting down. The pregnant girl didn't have badge so I didn't get her name. This guy had to stop and get there attention because they weren't helping and just laughing and talking. I closed my account. 6 people only one teller actually working indra with good customer services.

Absolutely ridiculous! They charge non-account holders $8 for cashing a personal check drawn on a BOA account. I don't agree with charging a cashing fee on a their own checks but could over look it if it was reasonable. However, $8 is excessive and greedy! This is only one of the many reasons why I will never bank at BOA.

Their views on debit card transactions is predatory. They take the highest transaction out first. Then the smaller ones creating 6 overdrafts for me. It was a $4 overdraft they ended up charging everything twice. For a $4 mistake it cost me upward of $700!

Eliana is the only competent teller. Marilyn is useless. She requires the help of others. During the bust time of the fay. Apparently she does not know how to be a teller behind the Bullet proof glass. Is requiring the help of others to do her job. Awful.
