Easy loan with the title of your car, such great customer service!

I have been a customer for over an year, was in a accident back in Jan, couldn't pay for a few months. They were very nice and kind. No issues or problems with them. And I will always be thankful for them for helping me when I needed help.

Everyone in this location are LIARS and RUDE . Waited for a week for my review and kept being told to come back cause the manager was always "on break" "with a customer" or "isn't working" . i called and was told that the manager was the only one that can review my loan information and that she locked up my paper work, also when i spoke to a man named Jose he hung up the phone on me while i was trying to figure out what was wrong. called back and another lady told me that I was being rude to them..... ??? WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!
