The representative Kelia was very rude and not helpful. I used Amscott many times before consistently to cash checks and even do pay day advances. She rudely interrupted and i had me file and send paperwork to only advise me she could not assist me
 The representative knew from the beginning that she could not because my  phone was disconnected which she was advised at the time I arrived. I’m very disappointed at the service I received today and give amscott a negative zero review

Very rude people, they do not know how to explain their company procedures and they act like if they are doing you a favor instead of attracting your business.....

While We All Easily Make Mistakes When We Count Cash Entirely Too Fast!!! Initially There were A Minor Mishap Of Communication & Financial Accuracy with This Business and It's Staff, Once I Followed Procedures to Resolve The Matter I Was Forced to Contact The BBB & "Help Me Howard" To Get the Help I Deserved Overall I Was Satisfied that The Business Mailed me a Full Refund Check And I'm Pleased to Say That I Am Still A Customer of Amscot Financial Institutions ☺😉😎
