This is the worst place ever ! I’ve been waiting about an hour to send a wire and there is not one in from of me. People here actually don’t want to work. They don’t care about customer service at all I wish I could rate it with 0 stars. The only reason I’ll stick with BOA is because they they have ATM and stores everywhere and I hardly ever have to get inside to do something in person. This place sucks !

Is there a 0 star option. That place completely sucks. The are  unprofessional, incompetent and just plain lazy. I hope never to have to go to that hell hole ever again.

The worst customer service! 23 people in line only 2 tellers and there are 2 other employees doing nothing. No commercial line and did I mention, horrible customer service.

I have been a BOA customer for a long time and will continue to do so because not every location is like this one.  But, what you read from the other reviewers is true. This location is pretty rough.  Its a busy location so there really isnt any excuse for it to be in this condition. The lines inside are unreasonably long. Then you have the ever present South Florida knucklehead that skips the line causing the those waiting to start arguing. Its just a bad scene. The place looks dark and dingy also. The drive up ATM line is also pretty tight. I try to use other BOA locations. This place has been the same for years. Look at the photo of the parking lot. Its filthy. No excuse.
