I have been going to Annie for the past few years for therapeutic massage. The first treatments released a lifetime of embedded negative energy from my shoulders. It was truly an amazing experience. She is caring and intuitive, always seeks to get in tune with her clients on a deeper level to get at the root of your stresses and strains. I highly recommend!

I have been a regular at Anam Cara Wellness for several years and have sampled and loved many of their offerings.  What I want to rave about is the ISUN massage I had last week.  Of all the massages I've had in my life (many, many, many) this the only one that gets an amazing rating (10 out of 5 stars) for both aroma and results. I combined the massage with Reiki.  At first I was loving the scents filling the air about me and quieting my mind. But it wasn't until I was getting off the table that I realized something different was going on.  I found my body in new territory.  Under skilled hands I was feeling a new level of  relaxation in my body - a level of muscular and nerve relaxation that I've never felt before. I slept peacefully and very deeply that night and a week later, it effects of the message still lingers.  A wonderful experience.

Anam Cara is a wonderful center that offers a wide variety of services.  I have had Reiki many times, and have also tried Reflexology.  Both are absolutely amazing.  Annie is such a wonderful person, with a huge heart.  She is so sweet and really tunes into you as a person.  Annie is always willing to offer advice and comfort, and has a great deal of knowlege about the world around us.  This energy of Annie's, you can feel during her Reiki sessions.  Just taking the first step into Anam Cara Wellness, you can feel this positive surge of energy and peace...and that's only the beginning! I highly recommend this center to anyone needing to unwind, de-stress, and find comfort.  Thank you Annie and Anam Cara Wellness!!

"I do not know that my words could ever express the gratitude and love that I have for this amazing women Marty Gegner. I will try to express them but again I will say that my words still do not add up to the amount of love, encouragement, and transformation that she has brought into my life. I can only say that having her in my life as a spiritual life coach has saved my life in more ways than this comment section will allow me to do so. To have someone in your life in this way is one in a million, and to have someone in your life in this way that genuinely wants to do so is impossible, or so I thought, and most of us do think this. Meeting Marty Gegner has shown me that the impossible . . . . is possible. I love her so much and will be forever thankful for the love in so many ways that she has shown me, as well as providing the greatest role model, to work towards, to be towards others. She is the brightest light I have ever seen. I had actually had one of the worst dreams in my entire life(or so I thought) and Marty was able to see through it and bring out the best of what my dream and actually my soul was trying to tell me. So often our sould does speak to us and we run from it because it scares us. It does not scare us because we are bad people it is only trying to get our attention in a way that we will actually understand. Our soul, no matter what way it grabs our attention, is only doing it in that way to wake us up! And actually only trying to wake us up to our fullest potential. Marty has shown me that my fears are really only the roots of the awakening to my fullest potential, which is what our dreams represent. She has allowed me to see every fearful situation of mine as as an opportunity that my soul is giving me to transform, with out judgement, and only the utmost compassion and understanding, I am learning to except myself, therefore enabling me to have the motivation to better myself in a way that I never truly understood before. I am still very much in the process, but fortunately God, the Universe, Great Divine, whichever term pleases you, a wonderful energy has lovingly brought hers into my life, and I don't know what else would be needed to make me a believer in ones own true power and concioussness in what inner understanding of oneself would be needed, but I can firmly say that meeting her was all I needed to know that we really are on the right path when we ask for and know what we want. One year and a half ago I wished to God that he would put someone in my life that was a life coach in a spiritual way but non judgemental and helped me learn and i know that Marty was more than what I had asked for. The universe will meet your expectaions and actually be much better than you expected. In this case, Marty is what the Universe gave me, and i didnt ask for an angel, but i might as well have, because in Marty Gegner, that is what I have in my life, an Angel. . .
