The new Machine Performance Center is the home of the Machine Swim School, Machine Fitness Classes, and PT Solutions. The Machine Performance Center now features a 2-1/2 lane, 25-yard pool with all the technology of our tanks, physical therapy/sports performance training, fitness classes, a birthday party room, and more!

Our goal with the Performance Center is to continue to provide the "best of the best" to the community. From state-of-the-art swim lessons to incredible fitness classes and training for all levels to physical therapy and sports performance, we will be your go to for all fitness and wellness needs.

Located in our space in Vienna, VA we offer all types of services

Swim Lessons: From our 25-yard warm water pool to our unique endless pools we provide a comfortable, calm safe environment for all swimmers. Our SwimLabs technology offers state-of-the-art feedback for swimmers. Each pool and lesson area has 4 cameras set to a monitor on a delay for instant feedback on technique and progression. Swimmers can leave with a DVD to study their lesson prior to their next lesson, competition or just for fun!! With our cameras, mirrors, SwimLabs technology, adjustable currents (and more!), Machine Swim School is a state-of-the-art, one of a kind swim experience.

Fitness Classes: For boutique classes with a community feel, check out TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Pound Fitness, Cardio Yoga, Standup Paddle Board Yoga and more.
