The staff here is incredibly nice and empathetic, they helped make the process of having my pet put down much easier. They were also very open with scheduling visits, best vet I've ever been to.

We just moved here from out of state and are trying to find a new vet for our dogs. While the staff and veterinarian were all very helpful and seemed knowledgeable, I left there feeling as if they were only in it for the money. They quoted me $144 for the visit/tests and 1 hour later, my bill was $504!! Let me explain, we came in for an eye problem and they quoted me $144 for the tests that they wanted to run (which I approved). They took my dog to the back and came back maybe 30 minutes later to discuss their findings. They end up telling me they ran additional tests on her skin because they feel she may have a skin condition because she is itchy (umm, it's winter and doesn't everyone have dry skin in the winter???). They never asked for my approval of the skin tests. When I went to pay my bill, it ended up being $504!! HOW IN THE WORLD can they justify jumping from $144 to $504 without running it past the owner? Some people wouldn't even be able to pay such a high bill on the spot! Despite having wonderful facilities, doctors, and staff, I do not want to ever step foot in this place because of the high costs and their disrespect of running extremely expensive tests without my consent. My dog has had surgeries that cost less than this office visit! It was a complete rip off!

We've only had positive experiences with our dogs here!! Dr. VanDaele and Dr. Williams are wonderful with our dogs, along with the rest of the staff!
