We are a companion animal veterinary clinic located in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, Florida. We offer preventative health care, dentistry, general surgery, radiology, laboratory services, ultrasound, and consultations with board certified specialists.

Our mission is to provide family pets with quality, comprehensive, and compassionate medical care while strongly emphasizing communication and education about your family pet’s health care needs.

Expect to receive professional, compassionate, quality care from our veterinarians and staff. We pride ourselves on being a small general veterinary practice with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Kaiser and her staff have gone above and beyond for our pets and our family.  We met her after we brought two little puppies home and needed a local vet for their routine appointments.  She advised us to invest in pet insurance, which seemed unnecessary to us, but she was such an advocate that we agreed to try the 3rd party service.  Then our pets ingested some sort of poison a month or two later and Dr. Kaiser’s advice is the reason we were able to afford the care required to nurse our little puppies back to health (over several months of care, hospitalization at specialists, etc.).  Through her care and wise counsel she literally saved two precious little lives and her office has given us tremendous support, encouragement and care.  They are a wonderful group of professionals and we can’t endorse and recommend them enough.  You will LOVE Dr. Kaiser and staff – they are the best vet office in Jacksonville.  Schedule an appointment today!!

Dr. Kaiser has taken care of my dachshund since he was 8 weeks old and she has been an absolute God send for us. Over the last two years, she has been available to see us not only for regular visits but also in emergencies or call us when we had questions regarding medications, etc. She is knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to comfort my dog. We live in St. Augustine but having a Vet you can trust is incredibly important and we are forever grateful to have found her! If you're looking for a Vet, she comes highly recommended in my household!!

Excellent staff and service. My animals are always number one when they visit. Dr. Kaiser and her staff are amazing with animals and people. She is straight forward, caring, and has great suggestions without trying to "up-sell" and charge for unnecessary work. I haven't been able to find a vet in town who is as honest as Dr. Kaiser's practice is. I tell everyone about this clinic because pets and their health come first. Definitely recommend! Thanks to all of you- Great clinic!!!

I have to say, that it's not often that I write reviews but Dr. Kaiser went so far above and beyond to help, that I feel compelled to write this review.  Her professionalism is beyond reproach, and her caring and compassionate nature come through in her bedside manner and treatment of our furry friends.  I would not hesitate to bring any one of our multitude of four-legged family members to Dr Kaiser for care, the best of care!

Dr Kaiser lacks professionalism in her line of work. Even though I had scheduled an appointment for the next morning for my cat, she illegally prescribed an overpriced antibiotic without ever seeing her. When I didn't call or show up for the appointment I found that she had left a nasty voicemail message stating that I needed to return the prescription or rectify the situation by getting into her office with my pet. Once I realized I called immediately apologizing that I had an emergency. She didn't seem to care at all, she said she didn't understand why I couldn't call her earlier. She also made a comment regarding how she doesn't like working on Saturday, of which she decided to have her practice open! Even though I didn't feel right or comfortable at all after listening to the voicemail and even after my phone call to her within a half hour passed the appointment time. I decided to reschedule to make things right. I managed to get my pet and two little girls to her office an hour after the original appointment. I later found that the blood work, urinalysis, and antibiotic was significantly more expensive than other local practices that I contacted. In addition my cat limped for about 3 weeks after the blood draw from her hind leg. The only explanation was that my pet may have arthritis and the needle may have triggered additional stress. No results other than my cat was borderline diabetic and she wanted to see my cat back in 6 months for more lab work. And I have to say no thanks Dr Kaiser. Your practice is failing because of you. You don't deserve to treat our pets. I also heard worse things you've done under your license. Shame on you.
