Paw Prints Pet Crematory is North Florida's premier, locally-owned and operated pet crematory. We are fully licensed, insured and EPA compliant. Our brand new 4800-square-foot facility utilizes state-of-the-art cremation equipment. Our ownership has over 40 years of combined experience in the cremation industry, customer service, pet hospital management and pet care. We assure you that every pet will be handled in a gentle and loving manner. We are all pet lovers and have dealt with the loss of a beloved pet. We are committed to providing professional and caring services at an affordable and reasonable cost.

Had to make the hardest decision of my life on 12 Aug 2017. All Animal Clinic uses Paw Prints to handle remains of your pet. Paw Prints is awesome, I got my baby boy back on 17 Aug 2017, with a note from the company, a rainbow bridge poem, his paw print,a wildflower card with seeds to plant in his memory and some of his hair along with his remains. Everything is perfect. I love it. Thank you Paw Prints and All Animal Clinic I am truly grateful for everything.

Paw Prints is a first class operation. The office is beautiful, clean and serene. We love our pets. In this case we loved our beautiful standard poodle. We had her euthanized and personally brought her to Paw Prints. Kelly and the entire staff are sympathetic and understanding. They handle the process with respect. Kelly discussed our options and we decided what we wanted done. We selected the imprinted paw print frame with a side section for a photo. After the decision was made Kelly asked if we wanted to go into the quiet room and say our goodbyes. The room was private and tranquil, our baby was peacefully on a cart, with a little pillow under her head. This process helped us with closure. Thank you Paw Prints.

Last Tuesday at about 10:30pm, we lost our 13 year pitbull to a sudden illness. We ended up with just 2 hours with her after we realized that she was completing her mission. After we said our final goodbyes, my wife and I sat down to try to figure out what we should next. Allowing a vet to dispose of the remains of my wife's beloved friend and protector, was just not an option. A burial at home would have been acceptable, but Georgia weighed almost 70lbs, so it would have been no simple task. I called Paw Prints and left a message, and within 20 minutes Kelly returned my call. We discussed our options and decided that taking Georgia to an emergency vet who works directly with Paw Prints was going to the best way to handle the situation. I dropped her off around midnight that Tuesday, and on the following Monday morning I got a call to come pick her up. We recieved a beautiful urn, and the cards and poems were a great touch. When I made that call, I needed compassion, honesty, and a sense of urgency. Paw Prints delivered on all three. I hope we don't have to go through this again for a very long while, but when the time does come, I know who I'll call! Thank you!

If you’re reading this review, you’ve probably just lost your fur-baby… and if you’re like me, you’re crying, upset, and apprehensive about what you’re “supposed” to do with them. Trust me, I understand. When we lost our cat, Oliver, 3 years ago and the vet asked me after he passed “what would you like to do with him” I was overwhelmed. No one really talks about pet “aftercare” so I didn’t know what to expect. I researched my options and came across Paw Prints. Nate and Kelly were so comforting, I’m not sure I’ve ever met two more caring and genuine people. I remember Nate calling me back afterhours, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything, and making sure I was comfortable before making any decisions. There was NO pressure, no sales pitch for upgrades/packages, and there was no doubt in my mind that they were an honest company who would deliver on their promise to me and my pet. Last Sunday, we lost our cat Louie to cancer, and when it came time to answer the vet’s question I knew exactly who I wanted to take care of his cremation. Yes, I was still in tears, and it was still one of the most difficult decisions to let go of my best friend…however there is comfort when you know they will be handled with love, care and respect. I called Paw Prints expecting to leave a message since it was Sunday, but Kelly answered, took care of everything and put my mind at ease. Nothing will make the loss of a beloved pet easier, but Paw Prints will treat you like family and that has given me much needed peace.

I will never forget how they treated us today. They handled our baby with such dignity and respect. My heart is so full today on a day that I thought would be horrible. I describe my gratitude.
