Friendly, knowledgeable and will not try to oversell. All my fish are happy, healthy and getting along great,just like the owner said they would. This store is much better than the other independent and chain stores i have had to previously settle with. A welcomed addition to our neighborhood.

awesome experience.. had bad experiences with pet smart and pet super market... advice and knowledge lacked.. fish died.. water was cloudy and smelly... but with fish galore I got all my answers and all the help i needed to bring my tank to peak it's potential... tank had major issues until I went there now my take is beautiful.. waters clear and my fish are healthy as ever... after a wasted $80+ at the other stores.. I'll say skip the major shops and see a pro... thanks James...

Just spent over an hour in the store what a nice guy he is we talk a bought what fish i wont hes the best guy to see if you ne good truth full information he will be there to help you out thank you ill be geting a) my fish frome his store

I was here yesterday having a look at some of the reptiles as I am interested in adding more to my family of critters. The store looked and smelled clean and well taken care of until I saw the reptiles. The Amazon Tree Boa looks dead. His scales are withered and cracking. He is dehydrated. He can't move enough to drink and even if he wanted to his water container was filled with fecal matter, as was the rest of his enclosure. He was marked $75 which wouldn't be a problem but he's obviously sick. Sad to say he will probably die in that store if he isn't dead already. Now, there was a beautiful Jackson's Chameleon. If you know anything about chameleons then you know not to house them in glass enclosures, they need to climb. Plus seeing their reflection terrifies them. Ironically he had the proper enclosure for this chameleon on the shelf above him. Now, I have no issue with the aquatic life or even the rodents he had at this store, they were well tended for. The way the reptiles were kept shows to his knowledge of the animals, lacking. I'm sorry but if you don't have the patience to educate yourself on the animals you plan to sell then maybe you shouldn't sell them. Or hire someone who knows what they are doing with those animals. It's a shame, those beautiful creatures will parish in an enclosed box, neglected, emaciated, and miserable all while people walk in and stare at them.

The boyfriend and i started a 55 gallon tank with barely any experience...after at least $300 getting started (tank was free) buying decorations, filters..lights and fish that kept dying...we finally decided to go to a real fish store because every fish that we bought from Petco and PetSmart had died from ick.. James was at his store doing some work during non-business hours on Sunday and still let us in did not make us feel rushed and shared a wealth of knowledge with what we needed to do to get our fish tank healthy our fish tank is now clear and our fish that we bought from him are doing great I would highly recommend him to anyone we look forward to continuing business with him!
