We have been a patient at Animal Medical Center for over 5 years (at least....maybe more).  The doctors and staff are always professional and caring.  It's like taking our fur babies to a close friend or family member.  They want the best for your fur baby as much as you do.  They have cared for 2 of our dogs and 1 of our cats, and we have never been disappointed.   They are always willing to answer any questions and clarify or answer any questions you have.  We are very comfortable taking our pets to see them.  In fact, our puppy loves to visit them any time.  I recommend without hesitation.

I did not care for this veterinary clinic at all... and for several different reasons. I signed my dog up for the Preferred Plan (Gold) as I thought it would be a good investment (Mind you.. I knew very little about veterinary care and puppy insurance.  I should've done more research, but I came to this facility as I had a good friend refer me here!). Any who, this place is outrageously expensive, and you can't ever go to an appointment for a specific purpose. They are always trying to push extra sales and services on you. The staff is hit and miss when they want to be friendly. We recently just cancelled our plan renewal for the puppy insurance, you could tell on the phone that the lady on the other end was upset. We've dealt with bad attitudes numerous times. When my dog went in for his neuter, the vet pulled some of  my dogs baby teeth WITHOUT my permission or without my say... and when I asked if we would have to pay for those services, the vet responded, "Well, I just made a judgment call. If you can't pay for it, I'll just eat it". That wasn't the point... We could pay for the services, but I don't appreciate someone making a judgment call about my animal without my input. It's just not appropriate. I'll be taking my services elsewhere. For anyone interested in the insurance plans, it's actually cheaper to just get the vaccines as needed along with ASPCA's neuter/spay services. One of their pitches for the insurance is that there's unlimited office visits.... They will only do bare minimum. TRUST ME. Don't know what all the rage was about. I just hope they treat other customers better than we were treated.

I had just bought a kitten that my puppy used  as a play toy... His eye was punctured. They treated him wonderfully and gave me reassurance where I didn't think there was any. Thank you guys keep up the great caring work

Staff is very kind and professional. The app that they use is great and the first animal clinic I’ve had that has used one. Hands down the best animal clinic in Tyler!

I love the vets here and the staff is amazing.  They are always there and ready to take care of my boy and also the best groomer ever with Emily.  I strongly recommend them to everyone!❤️❤️❤️
