Never had a problem, have been going there for two years with my dog. Recommend if u are looking for a good vet in sumter area. I also know a few other ppl who take their pets their as well. Office staff is also nice and helpful, advice over phone given too.

We bring two dogs here for everything. The staff are always very friendly and courteous, and Dr. Bell is amazing. They did our nuture surgery and we had some complications with licking the stitches and we were able to call the after hours emergency line and talk to the vet to get the situation under control. My pup is timid on a leash and does not like the metal tables or visiting rooms. The staff are always very gentle and help me get him into the room and onto the exam table.

Our sweet old dog developed cancer and renal failure - Dr. Bell and his staff were compassionate and empathetic through the process of diagnostics all the way through to the end. Dr. Bell was also available to talk by phone whenever I called to check on my girl and give me updates. A wonderful clinic.

Was able to get last minute vaccine for my dog with no hassle or extra charges!

I do not like this place at all. They are professional but not very nice. I found another clinic to go to who are very nice and a lot closer to home.
