Worst place ever and so unprofessional. They lady messed up my eyebrows so bad. One was higher  then the other one .  And on top of that I always give my eyebrows tinted and it was a hot mess. I explained to the manager that I was very unhappy with the service I’ve  received . The manager told me that she was sorry but she couldn’t give me a discount. I will never ever come back to this place.  They have the nastiest attitude. Worst experience ever

I love anna but shes never avAilable anymore so i let another person my eyebrows and Y'all i was pissed left with 1 of my eyebrow half way cut off my face they would even fix it after i suggestwd tht they at least micro blade the one messed they refused and i walked out with half of an brow lookn crazy

This place is horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I paid $80 for eyelash extensions and they were chunky and painful on my eyes, and they FELL OFF THREE DAYS LATER. All of my eyelashes are off and it's been three days. What a waste of $80! The workers are very rude and do not care about customers looks at all. ALL OF MY REAL EYELASHES FELL OUT AND THEY WERE LONG AND BEAUTIFUL

I wouldn't DARE go back to this place ever again. I DO NOT recommend anyone who wants professional work to go here either. My daughter had Senior pictures to take, she went to this Salon to get her lashes done. An hour later they fell off. And she got individuals, pay $30 plus tip and ended up with one lash done. I called and show pictures of the work. They refused to talk to me. They refuse to let me speak to the owner. They refused to fix the situation at all. When I call they had a customer answer the phone and tell me not to call back. That's so unprofessional! I already stopped using them myself because every time I go get my brows done one is up higher than the other one and I would have to go and have someone else fix them. Anna isn't the problem it's the girls who she have working there. Anna is the only one professional but it seems since they moved to a new site and got bigger the service is garbage! Please don't waste your money! There are plenty of professionals who will have you right. This is the worse service I've ever seen. Here's the picture of the work done an hour later.

They promote their hair salon when you go to the place in the mall, I scheduled an appointment and then the stylist tells me she doesn't do "my type" of hair. If my hair isn't good enough for you then either are my eyebrows! They will NEVER get my business again!
