Showed up last week at 8:35pm or so and understand that it may be too late closing at 9:00. Figured I'd give it a shot after work.m, though. Front desk suggested getting there by 8:20pm or so. Showed up at 8:17pm tonight and was told by someone else, not the front desk, that they closed at 9:00 and people were starting their duties. If you don't take people this late as walk-ins, state that or close at 8:00 and let the cleaning happen after closing goes or make other arrangements. 

I like Redken products, employed by L'Oréal. Should I try again?  .

They took great time in finding the correct color for my hair and what I was asking for. The color came out Great, LOVE it. The hair CUT is awful! It is Chopped and I am very unsatisfied with the cut. They need to slow down and ask specifically what you want picture or something. The crown and back is a mess. Called and very nice, will be going in to get my hair shaped up.  :) I will be back. Learning in progress.

Sweet girl did my granddaughters nails for the Father Daughter Ball. She did a great job and made my granddaughter feel special.

They told me and my daughter that she had lice in front of people in the back and I went to a professional  and they said she didn't have live. She has burnt summer scrap . I am not happy for what they did.
