The management and ownership here are older Korean gentlemen who really know their stuff when it comes to both the technical and intangible aspects of the golfing sport. While they will gladly speak to you in their native Korean language if you are bilingual, they are equally as proficient in English and are just as comfortable providing fantastic tips and advice to a Korean, Korean-American, or non-Korean customer. Their wares are top-notch, and the frank and honest opinions of the gentlemen who run this business are both welcomed and, after much trial and error, always turn out to be highly accurate. I will be loyally returning to this small business to expand on my golfing hobby. I can hardly believe that any negative reviews of this establishment even exist.

We had a disappointing experience with Annandale Golf. I took my husband here for a fitting for new irons. We didn't realize going into it that Jeff's only a Mizuno fitter (since Mizuno paid for his fitting equipment). But that was only a minor issue. More frustrating was that Jeff seemed to be over-reliant on the technology to determine the "fit" of clubs and failed to consider a golfer's personal preferences for the "feel" of the clubs. Thus, while my husband got clubs that were technically good for him, he hated playing with them because they felt so different from the clubs he'd been playing with for over two decades. (He even ended up with a bad case of golfer's elbow from them.) We tried to return the clubs, but were offered less than half of what we paid for them. We ended up selling them on craigslist for a good price. My husband was subsequently fitted for a set of irons at a golf course pro shop by someone who tried to find both the right "fit" and "feel" of the irons (across a variety of brands).

I wanted to have my driver shortened. Jeff spent an hour with me on my golf swing and spoke in simple to understand terms. He did not charge me and actually refused a payment. I have not experienced this type of customer service in years! I have bought several different items there. The prices are great and they can usually find what you ate looking for at a discounted price. I drive from reston and will always give them the first chance to earn my business on any golf purchase.
