I am giving one star because there is no option for zero. After being a dedicated patient, we were treated very unfairly. I am unsure if my name was different than Mohammed or Ahmed, would I have had first class treatment.  Very non professional and unorganized staff.

I had a very bad experience with the doctor and his staff. They've treated my wife and me like we were "just dumb immigrants" with strange names. We went in as new patients to get checked by Dr. Naples,  simply because I found really good reviews online on him and his staff, and their office is  really close to our home.
Even though we were insured, and had to pay only the copay per visit since it was not an emergency, they've ended up charging my insurance and me the same amount twice for my wife's visit. 
It took me a month to get a refund back, after numerous calls were made by me and the Insurance company to Dr. Naples's office. And we concluded that it was doctor's office that made the error to begin with. The staff and the doctor gave me different excuses, just not to refund the money back. 
The interesting thing is that it wasn't a big amount and it took a month to resolve a "non issue" issue. 
Very unprofessional bunch, that puts money first over their customers(patients). 
No verbal apologies were ever received from them, only a suggestion that they were doing my wife and me a big favor by refunding the money back.
Never again, will I want to do business with them.

I'm a physician and Dr. Naples is my primary care physician.  He is compassionate, has a wonderful dry sense of humor and has always been "on the ball" with my medical care.  His staff follows through with phone calls (lab results etc).  Recommend without hesitation.

Dr Naples is very unprofessional. During a physical exam, and I suspect because of the insurance I carry, he talked down on me, when I asked him to fill a form to take to my disability social worker so that I can get care, he made me come to his office 4 times before I finally asked for a refund of the $50 I paid for him to fill out a simple form, which he did not fill out, but referred me to another clinic in Costa Mesa. He claimed the form I gave to him was not with him in the office, the form have my social security number and other informations that can seriously do me harm. When I tried to explain HIPA laws governing my patient right to privacy to him, he seemed lost. I was disappointed to learn he took my form home and was not sure where it was. He offered a refund of what I paid, but could not find the form I submitted to him for filling. He has wasted over three weeks of my time. I do not recommend him.
