Very understaffed here. There were 3 people ahead of me and they told me "about an hour", which seemed reasonable. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked when I might see a doctor and they told me another hour. Fortunately they were able to refund my co-pay and I left. You'll get faster treatment if you just went to the emergency room.

*Not everyone is seen by a doctor. I requested a doctor because they use nurse practitioners *The patients need to deliver their own lab work to another facility. I had to drive it to them. *I was asked my vitals like weight and height instead of them checking it. *There was no summary or aftercare paperwork given *When I gave my symptoms, the employee asked me, "Aren't you scared?" *The doctor never touched me *I got a call three days later (assuming it was my results) stating that my lab work was prepped wrong by their facility so I had to do it over again. For the reasons mentioned above, I would not recommend this facility nor will I be returning.

I would leave zero stars if I could. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH DO NOT VISIT ANY HOAG URGENT CARE. I visited this facility in February for a minor scratch on my eye. The "doctor" who saw me prescribed antibiotic eye drops and CIPRO (yes, the same CIPRO as a LAST RESORT to kill Anthrax NOT for scratches on eyeballs). I wasn't advised about the possible side effects and ended up taking 5 of those bastard pills. I later learned the FDA has TWO BLACK BOX warnings for this class of drugs. TWO. It should never have been prescribed to me. Over the next seven months I was literally living in hell from side effects including INSMONIA, ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACKS, NIGHT TERRORS, SUICIDAL IDEATION, ACHILLES PAIN, JOINT PAIN, TENDON PAIN, NEUROPATHY, COLLAGEN LOSS, WEIGHT LOSS, DIMINISHED EYESIGHT, HEART PALPITATIONS, EXTREME DRY MOUTH, EXTREME DRY EYES (E.G. EYELIDS GLUED TO EYEBALLS), ETC. After two months in hell I contacted Hoag's complaint department and they said they would "take care of me" and that I would be contacted by the Director of that facility. I never heard back from them. HOAG IS SIMPLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. They hire inept providers who hand out poison without a second thought. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HOAG.

Hoag Urgent Care Tustin was a surprisingly great experience given the circumstances. The staff is amazing and very quick. My nurse, Zack, really put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I got my diagnosis and prescription within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Waited 2 hours in a half just to get a simple shot for work! Never comming here again! Also the front desk nurses have a bad attitude and don't do their job right.
