Not as large a storefront as other local anthropologie branches, and it's easy to forget about it's existence. No BHLDN wedding shop at this location.

This location does not have BHLDN. I like their home wares, in particular their many unique designs on plates and mugs. I'm not so into their boho style for clothes anymore. Real bummer that they don't have BHLDN here, it's like my favorite anthropologie thing. There is a sale section which is almost exclusively off season clothes (spring in winter, etc.).

I've been a loyal customer (and former employee of) Anthropologie for years, however recently had a terrible experience at this location. I came here on May 17, 2014 to exchange a dress I had received as a gift. After shopping around the store for a while, I decided on an item I wanted to exchange for. I took it up to the cash register, along with my return, and let the clerk know that I had a gift I wanted to exchange (I had the receipt for it too), and that I wanted the remaining balance to be given in store credit. I made it very clear it was a gift and it was not to be returned on the original credit card. The clerk clearly was not fully trained in processing returns, because she immediately and accidentally returned the item onto the original credit card, which does not belong to me. I understand that mistakes happen, however because of this accident my gift was returned to the person who purchased it for me. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, the girl simply said oops, sorry and implied that I was just out of luck. I would expect, at a minimum, that they try calling the corporate or online customer service number (since it was originally an online order) to try to cancel the transaction. And if that failed, they should have offered me store credit in the full amount of the gift I had received. Instead, I walked out of the store with less than I came in with. I am shocked at the complete lack of customer service and will not be shopping here again.
