The Nordstroms Rack has a nicer look and feel than many of the other stores in the area. I usually stop by here hoping for a bargain. They uesd to have the higher end brand clearance in a separate area but now it's all mixed in. While this is fine to browse in, I have found better prices for the exact same items at TJMaxx AND the Off Saks Avenue next door.  The Off Saks also has a much larger selection and brighter store.

Finally there's a Nordstrom Rack downtown DC. I needed a new pair of work shoes and work button down short sleeve shirts so I walked a few blocks on my lunch break and was back at my computer within the hour. This Nordstrom Rack is two floors and has a large clothing section for men and women. They had hundreds of men's shirts all at a discounted price. I bought two nice shirts for $20 each. The shoes section is a bit smaller than other Nordstrom Rack stores, but I was able to find work shoes for $60. 

If you work downtown and need clothes, I recommend Nordstrom Rack!

Most Nordstrom Racks I've been too are pretty disorganized and don't stock extended women's shoes sizes. This place was clean and organized, and the cherry on top? Whole ROWS of women's size 11, including designer brands!!
