If I could give SIX stars I would! I had a wonderful experience working with Parley's PPM. Not only was my technician Ryan friendly, clean cut and personable, he was also incredibly competent and helpful.  When he was done fixing the leak in one of my bathrooms, he took the time to test, tighten and tune up all the other water fixtures in the home, just to make sure I wouldn't have any problems in the future. I was so impressed by the way that he not only took care of my current need, but also looked ahead and help prevent further issues I could have. I would recommend the service from  Parley's PPM to anyone looking for a service technician that is friendly, honest, hardworking, and proactive. Thank you Parley's PPM and Ryan, I know who to call from now on anytime I need help with my plumbing, heating and air.

Hi I am Kathy Smith,  LEE the plumber WAS VERY personable and engaging, he gets way more than 5 stars for that.
He said they guarantee their work, so I am happy with that as you never know the people when they come out what they are really like. Jim the Project Manager honored the original bid price. I would hire them again.

Parley's PPM is a great family run business. They have very talented and smart plumbers and heating and air conditioning technicians. You can always count on them to do their best on taking care of you with their honest opinion. Their pricing is totally fair because you are paying for honesty when it comes to PPM. No one there will try to pull one over on a customer.
 If you have any questions about heating and air conditioning ask for Casey he is a very talented technician and he will really work hard to help you. 
Give Parley's PPM a call you won't be disappointed.

I’ve used PPM several times in the past few years. Their office staff is courteous and get me scheduled quickly. They’re technicians are prompt, polite and do a very professional job. I recommend PPM to everyone.

I am so happy with PPM and the technician  who came to fix our toilet. Lee was professional, clean, and very efficient.  I was given a quote before he performed any work.  He was on time! He was very pleasant and very quick in his work.  After a terrible experience with another company, I called PPM.  They were so polite and reliable.  They will be my plumbers from now on.  I hope that all the other technicians are as good and polite as Lee.  Thank you,!
