This place was really nice and big but they 2 employee's that are rude! I told the employee that she was rude and she had her boyfriend come in the gym the next day to try to rough me up in the middle of the gym!! of course I didn't fight in the middle of the gym because I know that's not the right thing to do. I spoke to the manager who looked about 19 and it showed! she told me she thinking of canceling my membership, of course as VET I was totally shocked by this!!!!! According to the young manager it is ok for her employee's to rough up customers just because they had a complaint about their employee being rude., I do not recommend anyone get a membership here!!! go somewhere else please not unless you want to be threaten in the middle of the gym of course. I hope the owner of this place will fix the problem here but beware she is running the gym like a mafia house.

I was visiting family in Spring Hill Florida and needed to find a gym to use during my stay. I checked them out and opted for 2 weeks of access. The staff was very friendly and the gym is very clean. They have plenty of equipment to meet your needs. I will definitely use this gym again when I visit my family!!!!

It's ok for a quick workout. Some members act like they actually own the joint. I recommned it for after 8pm when hardly no one is here

Just tried to join. No one inside to let us in. A member from outside let us in so we could join. Another member said the owner was out and should be back around 12:30-1pm. Didn't seem sure. No other staff was seen or greeted us. Very disappointed as I am disabled and this place was recommended to help me...

Beautiful gym and the owner and salon members are very sweet but the trainer named Al is very unfriendly. He stares at me and makes me feel uncomfortable while I work out. He said a few things to people that are unnecessary. He acts like it's his own gym and no one else's.
