We are a strength and conditioning facility that offers CrossFit, Weightlifting, powerlifting, personal training, kids athletic classes and sports performance training. First and formost our goal with each and every member is to make them healthier, stronger and faster. We do this by working with everyone on conditioning and nutrition guidence. Our services offered are primarily strength and conditioning. Along with the services provided here we can also contract outside of the facility for strength and conditioning, PT programs and so forth.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning brand that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training. CrossFit contends that a healthy, fit person requires proficiency in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
