As for the above complaint it has been resolved, they did not send a certified letter as stated in the legal contract they signed.  Sorry when you don't understand the law.  I have been in the fitness industry over 40 years and every one of the gyms I have ever gone to requested a 30 day written certified letter. Also they used the gym often! They eventually did send that letter with an apology and said thank you!   Very sure we are not liars or trying to do anything unethical.  Please consider the source.

The gym was decent for the period of time we went there. But you have to give an arm and a leg to discontinue your membership, even after your contract is up. We called explaining we couldn't afford it anymore because of some family emergancies. They didn't care, they pulled the money out. Overdrafting our account and causing a ton of fees and problems. Do not trust them, they seem nice but all they want is your money.
