I cancelled my service October 28th, but yesterday a charge went through on my bank account. I called the gym directly and was immediately sent to voicemail. I left a message and was never called back. So I called the billing company and they’re telling me that I have “access” till December 16th. Which is strange since I turned in my access tag when I cancelled. I don’t exactly have access if I can’t get in. 

I was told when I cancelled that I wouldn’t be billed for the next month. Now I am being billed for something I never used. 

Watch your bank account.

This Anytime Fitness is wonderful! It's spacious and so clean and the people are very friendly! I always look forward to my next work out!

Friendly staff and nice place to workout at any hour. Not crazy crowded like other places.
