I started here in September of 2017 as a complete newbie doing Crossfit! Coaches and staff have been there every step of the way! The community here is second to none and we all encourage each other whether you are doing your first ever burpee or your a seasoned pro! If you are serious about your health and performance improvement this is the place for you! You will not regret it! E

Great place to workout, clean, smells good, good music and a friendly welcoming  staff! The classes are very nice especially the RPM class. Love this gym!

If you are looking for group fitness classes I wouldn't join this gym.
The gym itself is a great facility,  but the owners are rude and don't care about members. We cancelled our membership and sorry we didn't do it sooner.  Only stayed because the instructors are great but the owners managed to chase them off.  The instructors remaining are good but enough classes to make it worth your while.

This GYM is getting a two out of five star rating for one MAIN reason!! Let me first say, the facility itself isn't half bad. For a mom and pop operation, it has everything the average gym goer and fitness enthusiast needs. It is a generally clean gym, and depending on when one goes, it isn't that crowded (this is why I'm still a member there, and I work in the area). I gave the gym two stars because one of their staff members really stood out, and not in a good way. I should have written this review long ago, but today was the last straw. I may actually cancel my membership and take a few people with me after I ask around to see if I'm the only one who has this issue. But first let me disclaim this: there's a lady who works the front desk during the days named Christine, and she is wonderful. There is also a new female trainer there who is very professional and customer service savvy. The owner John is firm but fair, and is generally friendly. So most everyone there is swell. BUT....there is a front desk attendant there named Grady, and he is my problem! He is the most disrespectful and rude person there. He's unfriendly, discourteous, and  overall not a people person. He should not be running the front desk. He's snarky, unnecessarily cynical, and just plain unprofessional when it comes to dealing with the members! I've actually stood back and observed him with other members, and he is very selective with who he is friendly with, and I suspect he may be a bigot or possibly a racist based on how I've seen him treat some of the members that are not of the Caucasian persuasion (then again this is located in Wesley Chapel Florida). I've been going there for quite some time now, and he is the only person I have an issue with. SO, he is definitely that much of an issue for someone like myself to go out of their way to write this long review, and to give the entire gym two out of five stars! FIRE Grady, he's bad for business!! I will be spreading the word about Strive's Fitness attendant from Deliverance, Grady!
