I'm still reeling over the fact that I have lost 22 pounds in just 6 weeks and even more in overall inches AND I placed 3rd out of so many amazing women in our last 6 week challenge. This program not only teaches you how to work out, but how to eat and fuel your body with the right foods and how to make it a lifestyle change that you can carry forever. There is something for everyone here, the trainers are all great in their own ways (I love something different about each one), and Samantha Taylor is so hands on. Such a fantastic program they have developed here and I'm so happy to be a part of it. I just wish I had joined sooner.

I love the 30 minute indoor bootcamp workouts! There are many convenient time options, the coaches are fun and motivating, and I love the camaraderie among the members. I am so happy to have lost weight and gained strength and energy since I started and I am excited to continue this journey with this great group!

I love working out here.  It’s so much energy in the room and the trainers are amazing. The best 30 minutes workout around.
