Excellent Staff. Excellent Atmosphere!

I'd give this place a zero star rating except that that isn't an option. First of all, stay away unless you want to be stuck with 2 years of membership which is overpriced for a gym which doesn't maintain their equipment properly and has terrible trainers. I signed up under the impression that the contract was 12 months only to find out a year in (when I went to cancel) that I was stuck for another year. I have been lifting and "gym ratting" for a very long time but last year was my first year out of college and I did not have time to plan all my macros and workout routine so I looked into personal training. Their prices are outrageous and, of course, the "packages" which are less ridiculous money wise lock you into a 2 year commitment on top of your already ridiculous membership price. Mind you, it's not the $40 a month that upsets me, it's the crappy gym for $40 a month that does. I at least thought that the group classes would be good since I did spin classes all through college. The afternoon spin class is a complete joke ... the instructor sits on the floor and gives zero guidance. I steer away ANYONE trying to get a membership here. Go to any other gym but this one! There are much better gyms for either the same cost or less which can respectfully call themselves a "gym" unlike this one.

Some of the best training equipment you can find around right here. So much space that you’ll never feel cramped. And the staff is so amazing thanks to people like Megan, Chris, Mike, and their manager Miley!

Friendly folks on Sunday and the over all ambiance is cozy, plus they have heavy bags and a few other items the one in Greenville lacks so five stars for the bag
