Its a nightmare trying to cancel a membership here. My contract with them was over and I decided to switch gyms. I called letting them know I would like to cancel my membership this month, I gave them a 30 day notice and they told me I needed to come in and sign the cancelation form. When I came in the guy told me I have to pay an extra months payment even though I gave them a 30 day notice like it says to do in the contract. Its not fare to throw extra charges on a loyal customer when they decide to use another company's service!

Its a big SCAM! They charge you even after you cancel with additional fees and your original membership fee.

They use a separate company for there billing which is awful! They don't work with you. When I made contact with anytime they told me they cant do anything about there billing mess-up.

BEWARE! Before you sign anything, understand the owner continues to charge your card after your contract is up. Won't allow you to cancel over the phone, and says it takes 30 days to cancel (so they can steal another payment). The owner, Chad, is a very dishonest person and literally steals money from people this way by hiding behind the fine print. He said good luck calling corporate because he's an independent operator and doesn't answer to them.

Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with the office staff, even during office hours. The only time they returned my (many) voicemails was after our billing didn't go through due to a fraudulent debit card. And the only reason they called was to get their money, of course, not to answer my questions. Very frustrated to find out our account continued to be billed in month 7 despite only a 6-month contract. You have to write a request to cancel your subscription NO MATTER WHAT, 30-days prior to the actual date they will cancel your subscription. So frustrated.
