I didn't really love going to the gym before coming here. I like the no judgements zone. The facility is always clean. The machines all work. I can pick out what I want to do and the staff here is amazing. I love coming here now.

I love that I can go late at night. The staff are friendly and in my experience the other members are too. My favorite thing about this gym is people don't give out unsolicited advice unless there is an immediate safety issue (like doing something that break a bone or kill someone) but if asked for advice people are more than happy to give tips or show different techniques. More free weights would be nice, but it's still easy to get a good workout there.

Improvements made over the past few months. The Planet Fitness is a very busy GYM. You’ll not likely to find parking in peak times. The gym is quiet and friendly. People do their work out and don’t bother each other. Most customers are good about cleaning up after themselves. The bathrooms are still clean, the showers are always excellent in being clean. Only recommendation for improvement would to still deep clean the machines. I notice gum, wrapping papers, dust, and other garbage is often stuck inside the cup holders and in-between the bars and the actual machines themselves. While, I did notice that I and other people clean the machines after each use. Many do not take the time to seriously wipe them down. I’d recommend the staff to inspect and deep clean and dust machines. Overall, an affordable gym compared to others in town. I’d recommend this place. But be aware of the peak busy times. Also, be aware the music isn’t in control of the staff. As far as I can tell it is usually a mix of high intense workout music and lots of commercials. I’d recommend XM Radio if they have any control. I’d also recommend more elliptical, since they are very popular. There is a about 20 or so standard everyday regulars that attend. Then there the rest of the members who only show up once or twice a week.

The management in Logan is greedy and dishonest as far as I’m concerned. Because they are franchises, any issues with your payments have to be dealt with locally. We moved and I called a month ahead of time to figure out how we could cancel. I was happy to pay the buy out fee of around $60 that next month, but no one told me that they were also still going to charge us for another month because we didn’t cancel before the 10th. Our account was charged the 20th of every month so something tells me if they actually cared to be honest they could stop a charge, but they literally wanted to squeeze every penny out of us. Absolutely ridiculous.

Good facility. Parking is rough in the morning and evening though. It would be nice if they redid the lot to accommodate more people; they have the space.
