It's convenient. Not enough exercise bikes though. It is clean BTW.

Fantastic gym, helpful staff, clean facility, it is a little small but that's not a problem since it doesn't get as crowded as other gyms, there's more than enough equipment for everyone, the trainer's are always there to help you when you need help

While this gym is nice and in a great location, I give 3 stars due to the fact that I have tried since last July to cancel the membership and the company that they use to collect your money, ABC Financial is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel through. "All you have to do is email this cancellation form" Lifetime employee says. HA! I started in July. I emailed the form a couple of times, I mailed the form. Now its January and I am STILL PAYING. I finally emailed, called, emailed, emailed called today(literally) and I THINK it is finally cancelled...of course only after I pay ONE MORE PAYMENT in February. And, I will be calling again every week to be sure it is what an absurd pain in the butt. Of course they make it appear that you never emailed, that you typed in the address wrong, etc. Look up ABC Financial's reviews PRIOR to signing any contracts with this gym.

Been going here since July after moving into the area from Centreville. Havent attended much until recently. I have to say it s a descent size, clean, friendly staff and never full. Great price for what I need and great location.
