One of the better anytime Fitness facilities that I've been to! Open and roomy with plenty of room to do your thing. Equipment was up to date technology wise, and plenty available even at peak work out time.

Great gym...I'm from out of town and was excited to see an Anytime Fitness here in Albany area, just like home, clean, comfortable and I can get my routine done, good job

I have been an Anytime Fitness (Latham) member since November 2014 and I can assure you that if you're looking for an uncrowded, clean gym with high quality equipment, then this is the gym for you. I had been a member of a bigger chain before Anytime, but one of the most important factors in my workouts was the ability to get to a machine or dumbbell immediately, and Anytime provided this almost 100% of the time. I work out early in the mornings, so Anytime being open 24-7 really worked for me. The only downsides to the gym is that it is a bit pricey for a small gym, but most health plans cover most, if not all of the cost (I would check with your health insurance before signing up). The only other issue is that there is not a plethora of machines. No decline chest press machine, no preacher curl or tricep extension machine, but there is plenty of other ways to work those muscles without those specific machines (they do have a free weight preacher station and a tricep push down machine for the record). The people are really friendly and unobtrusive, there is a separate room in the back for Life Cycle or other stretching work, and private bathrooms with showers. I would highly recommend this gym, as I have worked out at multiple gyms for the past two decades, and Anytime really had the environment that helped me get into the best shape of my life. As with all gyms, what truly matters is if you actually go to it, but I felt that Anytime allowed me to get over the hump that I couldn't seem to get over in the bigger, crowded chain gyms.

Its a great gym. Only complaint is that all the equipment has a solid layer of dust.
