Been going to this gym for the last couple of months now.  It's nice because when I go in, the gym is not overly crowded so I can superset many exercises.  Easy to get in and out without having to wait a long time for a machine, weights or something to be available.  

When I initially started, I also took some introductory training sessions.  Those were really beneficial and the trainer is great.  Been using those foundational sessions and adding to it as my endurance is building.

Great prices, excellent and friendly staff! The gym is about getting fit and healthy, not about who has the best Tv's, movie systems and latest greatest fashion. Desert Fitness has the formula down and it is a great place to train without judgement and pressure.

Gym overall beeds better equipment and amenities. Could use some upgrades. Dumbells are beginning to ware, but has a great small gym feel with less traffic. Great staff and child care!

I love Desert Fitness! As I was growing up my dad was gym rat. I grew up working out with my dad, and wherever we lived my dad would find the best local gyms. He was very serious about body building and did not like the big, modern, health clubs. He found the local, fair priced, clean, not too big and not too small,  gyms; where there was plenty of good equipment and the staff was friendly and professional.
