You are welcome the minute you walk in the door! The members are incredible, the workouts are tough and inspiring, the trainers are helpful and friendly - the atmosphere, open-door communication and dedication keeps you coming back for more. CFI also offers Teen classes so this has become a place we all love for my entire family. Although, we have all become our own family at the Box. The support is amazing! 5 Stars!

You'll love this place from day 1. Probably not so much on day 2 and 3 when the soreness sets in, but that will pass. With excellent trainers, great equipment and terrific community, you'll feel comfortable yet constantly challenged. This is the place for Crossfit in Southlake!
