Be very wary about this place. I have been a member since 2008 and have had no problems until this location. My family cancelled the family plan so I had to get my own membership. I decided the student membership was the best option. I signed everything that said I was signing up for the student membership but now they charge me every month for 98, which is about 90 more then they said I would be paying in school months. They also said they couldn’t refund me for the 98 I paid for the month of February, which is a huge blow to my budget during the school year. Been a member for 10 years and now they are taking advantage of broke college students. Should of just went with 24 hour fitness. This location also has been getting increasingly messy in the weights section. The trainers leave weights and equipment everywhere! Never been to a weight room as messy as this one usually is. It really is not hard to organize equipment and put weights back where you found them, I understand if members forget to but really trainers doing this?

To start with the good, this is the best all around gym if you want to do a lot of different things, and have kids you'd like to include. Outside of that, they have a TON to improve on. Speaking of kids, the family locker room is supposed to be for families. There is countless people with no kids that use it as a short cut to get to the pool or outside. The worst is when you're in there with your kids and there is people using the bathrooms and showers with no kids. Talk about creepy. And they do nothing about it. All they say is "We're sorry. Keep telling us because the more complaints we get the faster something is going to happen". What? Fix the problem! If you like to work out with any type of machines you will have plenty of options. They could use to cut some machines out and put more free weights. When it's busy, forget about it. And worst of all is their customer service and communication. We've had a couple promises broken that we were told when we signed up. Talk to them about it. "I will let my manager know and they will call you to talk about it". No calls. Talk to them again about charging our credit card instead of using LT bucks like they said they were going to. "I don't think you can use your LT bucks for that. I'll have my manager call you back". No call ever received. With the amount of money you spend you would expect much better service than is received. After we use up the LT bucks we got when signing up we may be looking elsewhere.

I’m completely obsessed with this gym, the management, and the atmosphere! Even when it’s super busy there’s so much equipment that there’s always a way to get your workout in. The staff is ALWAYS cleaning locker rooms & weights rooms to assure the best service, thank you guys! If you’re looking for a gym & can afford the luxury (slightly pricey) this is definitely the one to go to.

Lifetime Fitness is one of the best brands in the Nation. Everyone welcome! I have been a member for 20 years. Highly recommend.

When I lived closer to this location, just down the street, I would come here at nights. It is a big facility, really nice. I didn't have to wait for any cardio equipment and usually didn't have to for weight machines. I loved the hot tub and steam room. I would become a member again if I didn't live too far away.
