Our main water line to the house started leaking. Fortunately we were home and noticed it almost immediately. The leak was before the shut off valve and we had no way to stop the water. I called the water department and was told they could not come immediately. We had work done by APPC plumbing in the past and I called them this time. They were at our house within 20 minutes after the call! Turned off our water and began to repair the pipe. The water department did show up after the repairs were under way. By responding so quickly the damage to our hardwood floors and carpet could have been a lot worse. I am forever grateful to APPC plumbing tor their timeliness, expert knowledge and for being courteous during this stressful time for us.

Recently we bought a new house that had a bad water heater. We were gifted a new water heater by generous relatives that bought it at home depot. It came with installation so APPC showed up. The kid they sent (Joe Whitlocke) was fantastic! He was on time, friendly, and had no problem answering all my stupid questions. He even showed me a trick to get my side door to stay open. We just had our city inspection for the installation and passed with flying colors. The guy said it was perfect (and in a super tight space too). I highly recommend APPC and ask for Joe for your plumbing needs.

Wish the new hot water tank worked as great as it looks. They were extremely fast to respond with a free estimate after going to Home Depot for an install, and even installed the new tank the same day. The following day after realizing the water in the shower was not hot and we called them back to have them come look at it they said they were too busy to come out that day and would call us back, crickets. We never got a phone call back and they never came over to look and fix their shotty work. Have you ever tried taking a "luke warm" (and i say that lightly) in the middle of winter/February? Well, it feels more like freezing once you're actually in trying to wash your hair. Save yourself a few days of run around and go to Lowes for your next hot water tank, or find a local, reputable plumbing company instead of trusting the big box stores do their research to ensure they're giving customers a great service with the companies they contract with.

I purchased a hot water heater through Home Depot about a year ago and they were the company that installed it. Recently the heater had several problems and they did everything they could to fix the issues including contacting the manufacturer on my behalf for parts. In the end a new appliance was needed and they handled the removal and install of the unit. Friendly staff and dedicated to customer service.

Joe Whitlocke installed our water heater in Kent, Ohio, this past November 1, 2017, and he did a fabulous job. He was very professional and courteous all the way through! What a fantastic guy! And so was his assistant! We are all happy about the work!
