Scott did a great job for us on the worked needed in our master shower.  He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us on what was needed and the time involved.  He was here at our scheduled time and finished in a timely manner.  He had my husband and myself check everything out when he was finished.  He treated our home like it was his. Furnace went out 2/10/18(Sat) in the a.m.  called for emergency service, was told no one in my area and had to wait till Monday 2/12/18.  Service tech comes says nothing wrong!  Furnace went out AGAIN 2/25/18(Sun).  It's  Monday 2/26/18 @ 9:55 a.m. and I am still waiting for a call to let me know when a service tech will show up.  If the furnace quits working but nothing shows up on the little panel that is supposed to say what the problem is, I would say that is a problem in itself!  The furnace cannot be smarter than the techs.  If it is I'm in trouble. Why put your product in a home if you can't get service for an emergency situation in a reasonable amount of time?  The first time I called I was told to go ahead and call another company.  Why would I do that?  I have 5+ years left on a parts and labor warranty.  Extremely disappointed in this company

Love Blind and sons!  They always explain things well.  And they wear the shoe covers when walking around my house.  I love this aspect of their customer service.  They've handled furnace, AC, water heater, sump pump and other things I've probably missed.  5 stars!

This May we had Blind & sons install Air Conditioning in our 1934 Colonial. This house didn't have any duct work. Jay, Skip and their team did an excellent job of determining best path for duct work. It was the most complex job they had had to date because of the age and layout of the house. Everyone worked hard on the labor side, cutting through plaster, floors, etc. and then making sure system was working efficiently. We also had the electric updated at the same time. This summer was hot and dry and this AC system maintained the temp we needed quite well! Applause and recognition for this team!

We had Frank W come out and take care of an issue we were having with a recent install; Frank did an above excellent job and resolved our problem. His level of attention to detail and professionalism is unsurpassed. Could not be more pleased!
