There’s a guy working at the store called Devin. He’s so unprofessional and ignored to serve our needs. I was asking 2 simple questions whether I can use the new iPhone X in my country with the American phone carriers. And asked him about the payment plans they have. He DID not answered any of the questions and ignored like he doesn’t care at all. He didn’t talk in a gentle way and acted like he wants to get rid of us at the moment. Very unprofessional service

Stopped by the Apple Store today to see if they could fix my iPhone. Cracked screen. I was out of there in 2 hours with a repaired phone. The team members took great care of me and my phone. Price was what I had researched online. No complaints

I really disliked my first time to the Genius Bar. The only way to actually see someone, you need to have an Appointment. No appointment prepare to wait a very long time. The actual time that was spent helping me with my problem was under a minute yes one minute. Wait time was approximately 4 hours. Unfortunately my husband would like to experience this for himself. Here I go again!! Wish me luck!!

First off, shout out to BEN, an actual genius whose customer service and care is straight up fire. Thanks for coming in clutch literally every time I've come in! I forgot my old iPhone when I picked up my repaired 6, so I called in and they set it aside, which was dope. It was when I came in to pick it up and they told me that it'd been picked up an hour prior that things got twisted. It's a big store; things fall through the cracks. I've worked retail; I feel it. What felt weird was how quickly it felt like the staff wrote off the situation as resolved, when it clearly wasn't. To their credit, they did half-offer to look a third time and had someone keep me company throughout, but this felt more like a formality than due diligence. It wasn't until Ben recognized me (by name), came over, and backed me up by busting out the stats and look of my old phone (from memory) that another actual effort was made, and it was immediately found out that an employee--most likely the one I spoke to on the phone--had moved the phone from the manager's office to back of house. The funny thing is that I'd been trying to tell them that since I walked in, but the first 6 geniuses just didn't listen--even after I expressly asked them to. All in all, the store is solid and my experiences here have been positive; even all this hubbub mostly just made me laugh. My only suggestion would be for staff members to adjust their customer facing techniques to be more empathetic and inclusive of client input, or at least feel that way. It's understandable that situations demand certain protocols, but we all know that nothing is ever that textbook, and context is key.

This store is evidence that a terrible culture can manifest anywhere, even at Apple. If it were not so conspicuous, I would not be writing a review. As soon as I walked into the store, I expected to be approached and asked for help as I normally would. I can see that the employees noticed that I walked in with my MacBook Pro, but no one seemed to care. After going around the store to look for someone approachable, a lady towards the back was able to kindly get someone else to help me. If I would have not called Apple Care, then getting an Apple Care reservation would have been troublesome (if I would even get a reasonable reservation). I can understand that this store is always crowded with people, but there appeared to be a large enough staff to manage everything if they were competent enough. The employees were either nonchalant about assisting the customers or plainly condescending when asked questions. There is a noticeable difference between the culture here when compared to the stores in Emeryville (the Bay Area). This one lacks the professionalism that you would expect from spending thousands of dollars on a new computer.
