Limited selections but decent qualities for both men and women.

Here's my problem. When this store first opened, it was AMAZING. Loved the things they had, great variety and so on. Over the past year. I've noticed their quantity and quality of stuff has gone doooooownnn. Especially in the men's department. This store NEVER has shoes compared to all the other stores. Go to the one near south coast Plaza and the men's shoes is stacked wall to the wall. Go here and they STILL Have old shoes that have been collecting dust for more than 6 months that should have been on clearances ages ago. Their underwear selection is Calvin Klein......that's it. Where as other stores have lucky Brand, Michael kors and etc. The staff is amazing, the store is clean but who ever the manager/owner of this store is needs to let someone else take over because for me to walk into the store and See the SAME pair of shoes from 6 months ago ( I know because I marked the box) now collecting dust is just ridiculous. You'll attract more customers if you have more inventory. I shouldn't walk into the mens shoes and see 2 shelves completely empty. Ridiculous.

Everyone has always been very nice. I've been going a lot more because of the good assortment in shoes. I've had to return items and never had a problem. Im not sure what the other customers who wrote bad reviews are talking about. Must of been something worn or bought a long time ago.
